My son used to watch the VHS tape of Enemy Mine NON-STOP in the 80's..Freaky movie..Dennis Quaid and Louis Gossett Jr. You GOTTA see it.
As for Invasion of the Bodysnatchers, I say go for the original (60's?), not the remake. Old one's a lot creepier.
And I think Mad Max was the first Mel Gibson movie? I believe they dubbed all his dialogue because his Australian Accent was too pronounced.
RUN... do not walk... to your local video rental store and get Invasion of the Body Snatchers. The original is best (B&W starring Kevin McCarthy) but the remake starring Donald Sutherland is really good too. There are other remakes that are not bad but the first two are terrific. Unbelievably they are remaking it again this year w/Nicole Kidman.
Your last noter was right in mentioning Enemy Mine as a good one but there are quite a few other excellent choices on that list -- Body Snatchers stands out as best.
